Refund of goods 

A refund can not be made due to change of mind. If the item is faulty then a full refund may be made. 

Please note flowers are a parachute product they are meant to have a short shelf life, we do our best to send out a quality product however there are circumstances that are our of our control. 

If you are disappointed in a product feel free to get into contact and we will happily help sort the issue out. However a refund will not be made for inappropriate complains. 

Event flowers can not be refunded 48 hours prior to the event, failing to cancel after 48 hours before hand a refund will not be made.
